Nurture Yoga Teacher Trainings
Get trained in prenatal yoga, baby yoga and tots yoga in a Yoga Alliance-recognized training led by an experienced team of perinatal experts in Nashville TN.
At Nurture, we offer two yoga teacher trainings:
Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training — an 85-hour Yoga Alliance approved training (RPYT), taught as two multi-day immersion modules
B.Y.O.Baby Yoga Teacher Training — 3-day “mommy and me” yoga training; YA continuing ed credit available

Held in person at Nurture at our West Nashville studio.
PERINATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Two four-day sessions
November 5-8, 2026 (prenatal yoga sequence and more)
December 10-13 (advanced prenatal; postnatal baby yoga sequence)
B.Y.O.BABY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Three-day training (stand-alone training, or included with full Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training)
December 11-13, 2026
