Nurture Yoga Teacher Trainings

Get trained in prenatal yoga, baby yoga and tots yoga in a Yoga Alliance-recognized training led by an experienced team of perinatal experts in Nashville TN.

At Nurture, we offer two yoga teacher trainings:

Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training — an 85-hour Yoga Alliance approved training (RPYT), taught as two multi-day immersion modules
B.Y.O.Baby Yoga Teacher Training — 2-day training; YA continuing ed credit available
