Nurture Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training

Guide moms & babies to deeper connection through breath and movement, from birth to age 2.

Bond with Baby & Step Confidently into Motherhood

Immediate postpartum, baby’s first year, and early toddlerhood bring the biggest changes. The Nurture BYOBaby Yoga training prepares you to guide new moms (and dads!) through all of it with clarity, compassion, and confidence. You will learn how to teach baby yoga (newborns to 8 months) and tiny tots yoga (eight months to two years) in a way that restores the postpartum body, reassures new mamas that they’re not alone, and helps them find their inner confidence in a supportive community.

This training is designed for yoga teachers, yoga lovers, birth workers, pediatric and pelvic health professionals, moms-to-be, movement professionals, and all who are dedicated to supporting the postpartum period and early parenthood through movement, breath, and connection.
