Nurture Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
Get trained in prenatal yoga, baby yoga and tots yoga in a Yoga Alliance-recognized training led by an experienced team of perinatal experts in Nashville TN.
Welcome to a Training That Supports the Journey through Pregnancy and into Motherhood
Pregnancy, postpartum, baby’s first year, and early toddlerhood bring the biggest changes. The Nurture Perinatal Yoga training prepares you to guide pregnant and postpartum clients through all of it with clarity, compassion, and confidence. You will learn how to teach prenatal yoga, baby yoga (newborns to 8 months), and tiny tots yoga (eight months to two years) in a way that encourages community, reassures new mamas that they’re not alone, and helps them find their inner confidence.
This training is designed for yoga teachers, yoga lovers, birth workers, pediatric and pelvic health professionals, moms-to-be, movement professionals, and all who are dedicated to supporting the perinatal period and early parenthood through movement, breath, and connection.
