Learn about birth, connect with baby & find your confidence in community. This class welcomes all trimesters, from the moment you pee on the stick til labor begins!

Bring Your Own Baby to yoga! Caregivers & babies (til about 8 months) bond through movement, infant massage, and playful singalongs. The yoga sequence is designed with postpartum recovery in mind: Find relief for all the baby-feeding and carrying you do, along with support for your core, pelvic floor & making new friends.

Ideal for older babies and young tots, from about 8 months to 2 years old, with a grownup. Parents/caregivers will get a bit of a workout while introducing their little ones to breath, yoga poses, rhythm, and community.

Through biomechanics-based Restorative Exercise, our Pelvic Floor BodyLab supports better function & reduced pelvic pain. Stretch & strengthen your hips & hamstrings, feet & knees, glutes and low back. Gain relief from sneeze-pee, menstrual problems, and joint pain. This practice, which includes breathwork & mindfulness, is a helpful complement to PT work, is ideal for pregnancy & postpartum, and is an essential element of injury-prevention and healthy aging

Our Restorative Yoga class is the ultimate way to let your body rest so you feel deeply rejuvenated.
