Community for You & Baby
Lonely days with a newborn, and unclear about your postpartum recovery? Baby-friendly yoga and fitness classes at Nurture offer community, connection, and clarity.
Yoga with Baby
BYOBaby Yoga is our take on “mommy & me” yoga. And yes, it’s OK if your baby cries in class!
When you bring a baby to yoga, the “rules” are different. We totally get that you might be late to class. Babies cry. Diapers need to be changed. Feeding by bottle or breast/chest is welcome. Naptime might land right in the middle of downward facing dog! Your time on the mat with baby will look a lot of different ways: peaceful, silly, chaotic, joyful, challenging.
In Bring Your Own Baby yoga, mindful moments and yoga asana are blended with infant massage and sweet songs. And though the class won’t have the same quiet vibe of a just-for-you yoga class, we promise the time and space is intentional and heart-centered. And we’re always happy to hold a baby if you need a moment to reset, roll out your neck and shoulders, and take a deep breath for the first time in days! We’re here with you through it all. Check the schedule right here (or in the MindBody app) to sign up for your next class with baby.
