OVERVIEW
The Nurture Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training is an 85-hour program that is taught over two 4-day sessions (part 1 & part 2). In Part 2, you’ll learn how to teach a complete postnatal & baby yoga class, built on sequencing that allows you to bring your own voice and creativity to a solid foundation of poses that are most supportive for postpartum healing & community.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

During the Nurture Prenatal YTT, you will learn about the huge changes that are part of the postpartum season of healing, recovery, and discovery. You will learn about the physical healing and the emotional and relational challenges that may come up during this time, and how as a postnatal yoga instructor, you can help provide the guidance for that experience.

The training weekend is full of connection, inspiration, movement, guest speakers and a lot of fun! Discover how to be an advocate for postpartum healing and connection, and uncover what the journey of becoming a mother really means to you.


WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This 85-Hour Training is open to all who are passionate about birth and yoga, aspiring or experienced yoga teachers, doulas, midwives, OBs, labor and delivery nurses, and parents who've experienced/witnessed birth .


WHAT MAKES THE TRAINING UNIQUE
Nurture Nashville Yoga has supported women and their families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for more than a decade. Our Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training at Nurture is a fulfilling, in-person experience that aims to nourish your heart as much as it does your mind.

Our comprehensive curriculum prepares you to lead safe, empowering mama & baby yoga classes that support the physical, mental, and emotional journey through postpartum.

Drawing from the teachings of yoga, biomechanics, and the divine feminine, the Nurture training includes:

* Postpartum anatomy and body knowledge

* Healing for core and pelvic floor changes

* Postpartum community support

* Mind-body and breath practices

* Exploration of your understanding of postpartum, infant development, and motherhood

* And, importantly, the depth and richness of yoga itself

YOGA ALLIANCE/RYS/RPYT
Yoga teachers who hold the YA 200- or 500-hour designation can apply for their Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher RPYT designation upon completion of Modules 1 AND 2, and all program requirements. Each Module is a 4-day training. All days must be completed.

INVESTMENT: PAY-IN-FULL or PAYMENT PLAN

We offer a variety of payment options: pay-in-full, payment plans, and earlybird discounts. Additionally, you can choose to pay for Module 1 & 2 as a bundle for greater savings, or pay for each Module separately. (NOTE: Both modules are required for trainees pursuing Yoga Alliance credentials. Module 1 teaches a full prenatal yoga sequence. Module 2 deepens and expands that teaching, and includes a full postnatal/baby sequence.)

Please note by choosing a monthly auto-pay plan, you are agreeing to 12 monthly auto-pays to the credit card you use at registration; the first payment takes place at the time of registration. Full payment is required in order to receive your training certificate of completion.

CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
* Canceling 46+ days before: receive 100% of tuition minus $100 administration fee

* Canceling between 21-45 days: receive 50% of tuition minus $100 administration fee

* Canceling less than 21 days: No refund available. If a future training is available at the Nurture Nashville location, you may be able to transfer your registration. This is not guaranteed.
